The myth
Among many Indigenous peoples, the pajé is the one who communicates with the spirit world through songs, dances, dreams and trance, in order to heal, advise and protect the community. In the sixteenth century the chronicler Hans Staden described how the Tupinambá held great respect for maracás, rattles consecrated by pajés. In the caboclo pajelança of the Amazon and Maranhão, healers receive the encantados in trance. These are sacred, living rites, with rules of their own in each people and community. The card is a MYTHENOR creation honoring that role, without reproducing any real ceremony.
Why it has this power
A level 6 rare, fusion only: Pajé of the New-Moon Herbs plus any Spirit. It rises from ATK 1000 to ATK 2250, with DEF 2100. It shifts to the light element, the presence of the encantados. Sun and Fox are the light of the encounter and wisdom. It is the region's strongest Spellcaster.
