The myth

The Saci-Pererê is perhaps the most famous figure in Brazilian folklore, and he is made of three heritages. His name comes from Tupi and also named a bird with an insistent call; from African traditions comes the figure of the one-legged Black boy; from Europe came the magic red cap where his power lives. He smokes a pipe, appears in whirlwinds, vanishes and reappears, and is always up to mischief: he sours milk, hides things and ties knots in horses' manes. In 1918 Monteiro Lobato published a survey with dozens of accounts of the Saci, which helped fix his image.

Why it has this power

A level 4 uncommon with ATK 1500 and DEF 1100: fast, cheeky and hard to catch. It is a wind-element Spirit, because it lives in whirlwinds. Feather is the lightness of hopping on one leg; Fox, the mischief. Fused with the Pipe-Smoke Sorceress, it becomes the Saci of the Whirlwind.
