The myth

After the funeral, the tomb chambers were closed and sealed to protect the dead and their goods. Clay seals on the doors proved that no one had entered. The Theban necropolis even had a protective goddess, Meretseger, a venerated cobra who watched over the valley where kings were buried. When Tutankhamun's tomb was opened in the twentieth century, the world was captivated by a preserved royal burial. The Seal of Eternal Silence is a MYTHENOR spell inspired by that sacred sealing.

Why it has this power

An uncommon control spell: the opponent cannot declare attacks for 2 turns. One clay seal, and nothing else moves in the chamber. It is the time you need to set up a ritual, gather fusion materials or recover your breath.

Did you know

Even seals were not enough: some of the very workers who built the royal tombs ended up robbing them.
