The myth
The Fire Captain comes from no legend: he is a MYTHENOR character. He speaks of something real. Fire is central to life in many villages: it warms, cooks cassava and fish, and gathers people at night for stories. Tupi-speaking peoples farmed with slash-and-burn, opening small plots that later rested so the forest could return. That practice demands knowing exactly where, when and how much to burn. The captain on this card keeps two rules: the fire that must never go out, and the fire that must never spread.
Why it has this power
A level 6 uncommon with ATK 1950 and DEF 1600: the region's strongest warrior that needs no fusion. It is fire-element, with Sun and Hammer, heat and discipline. Beware the field Deep Forest Under Jaci's Moon, which weakens fire cards.
