The myth
In Norse mythology thunder belongs to Thor: his name comes from the Germanic word for thunder, and the roar of a storm was pictured as his wagon passing and Mjölnir striking the giants of the mountains. Dragons, called ormr or dreki, appear as dangerous serpents such as Fáfnir and Níðhöggr, never as creatures of lightning. The Storm Drake is a MYTHENOR invention that joins these two worlds: a noisy hatchling that follows Thor's clouds across the frozen peaks.
Why it has this power
A level 3 Common with ATK 950 and DEF 800: small and loud, as its flavor text says. The Thunder element and the Wisp and Crown constellations, the flash and the same Crown as the Lord of Thunder, show whose echo it is. It opens a duel or feeds fusions into stronger dragons.
